How to create request in a Flow

One of the most important things in a company is the transparency and organization of requests made by the customer. At Izzyplan, this transparency is possible thanks to resources such as the "My tickets" module.

Requirements

Before creating requests, a flow must exist and the users who will make the requests must be added as participants in this flow.

Creating requests

Requests can be created by Stakeholders, or by employees of the organization itself.

In the main menu in the left corner, click on “My tickets”.



Then click on "New ticket"


Then, a window will be displayed to fill in the request details. Fill in the "Ticket Identification" field.

Then select a "Subject". The "Subject" field will show all flows that are available to the user creating the request .

Now, describe the “Details”.

If necessary, attach a file.



If the flow selected in the "Subject" field has a dynamic form, it will be shown below the "Details" field of the request, as shown in the example below.

Then click "Save and Close".


The request has been created, and a protocol will be displayed to the user.

Click “Ok”.


Request created successfully!

All open tickets are sent to the "Flows" module, within the flow chosen by the requester during creation.
