This includes information you provide or generated when you use: (a) our Izzyplan apps (each an "App" and collectively the "Apps"); and (b) and are bound by this policy ("Site" and together with the "Applications" the "Services"). If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use any of the Services. If you change your mind in the future, you must stop using the Services and you may exercise your rights in relation to your Information as set out in this Policy.

1. Information we collect

We will collect and use the following information about you:

Information you provide us. Registration Information: For example, when you create an account on the Site, you will be asked to provide your name, job title, email address, telephone number and password. For Izzyplan Premium customers, which are paid services, we also collect your billing address, transaction information, tax identification number, cell phone number, CNPJ (if Brazilian account) and billing address ("Payment Information").

Information Collected Through Voluntary Activities: For example, when you communicate with us by email or participate in surveys, we ask that you provide your email address and any information you choose to provide to enable us to help you. The information we collect from you varies depending on the survey, but we typically ask questions about your interests and habits, your opinion about different products and services, and what you would like to offer in the future. We also collect your ratings, opinions, preferences, questions, photos and answers associated with that survey.

Information that we automatically collect or generate about you when using the Services:

  • Identifiers such as your IP address, device ID and device information (such as model, brand and operating system).
  • Cookies: We use cookies and other similar technologies ("Cookies") to improve your experience when using the Services. For more information on our Cookies policy, see how we use cookies and similar technologies below.
  • Information You Generate When Using the Services: You may provide information as part of your use of the Services, including any information you provide when sending messages through the Services. In addition, if you choose to share and collaborate on a task with your coworkers or friends, we will collect the email address of your coworkers or friends.

Please make sure you have permission from your coworkers or friends before sharing information regarding your coworkers or friends with us. Also, for the use of Izzyplan, make sure you have all permissions and rights to upload the necessary information to Izzyplan.

Information received from third parties.

Information we receive from third-party platforms: When you register through a third-party account (such as Facebook or Google) or when you connect other apps to our Services (such as Slack and Dropbox), we receive information that may include your username, email address and profile picture.

Information from the platforms our Services depend on, such as transaction information and payment verification.


Our Services are not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 years of age. If you learn that a child has provided us with information that violates this Policy, please contact us as indicated below.

2. How we use your personal information

We use your information to: Provide the Services. We will use your Information to fulfill our contractual obligation to you to allow you to create an account and use the Services. The Information we process in doing so includes your registration information, information you provide to us when using the Services, identifiers, information you generate when using the Services, and information about your use of the Services, such as transaction information. If you are an Izzyplan Premium user, we will use your Payment Information for payment processing purposes, as well as collecting and reporting sales tax as required by law.

  • Improve and monitor the Services. It is in our legitimate interest to improve our Services for our customers. In doing so, we may collect information that we automatically collect or generate about you when you use the Services, as well as non-personal information about your device, such as device manufacturer, model and operating system, and the amount of free space on your device.
  • Provide support and respond to your requests or complaints. If you come to us for support, we will use your Information to answer and resolve your queries and complaints and facilitate support (eg recovery of a forgotten password). In doing so, we fulfill our contractual obligation to you. The information we process in doing so includes your registration information, your identifiers and any other information about you collected through our customer support channels.
  • Perform analysis. It is in our legitimate interest to review usage and any other interaction or interest in our Services. In doing so, we will process information that we automatically collect or are generated about you when you use the Services to create anonymized and aggregated data about application usage.
  • Send out newsletters on product news, tips and tricks, daily productivity reports that may be of interest to you. We will send you emails with daily reports, newsletters with product news, and tips and tricks for using our Services. In doing so, we process your registration information. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time by following the unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of each communication.
  • Prevent fraud, defend Izzyplan against legal claims or disputes, enforce our terms and comply with our legal obligations. It is in our legitimate interest to protect our interests by monitoring the use of the Services to detect fraud or any other user behavior that precedes the integrity of our Services, (2) taking steps to remedy the aforementioned fraud and behavior, (3) defending us against claims or legal disputes and (4) applying our terms and policies. In doing so, we will process the Information relevant to such a case, including information you provide to us, information that we automatically collect about you, and information that is provided to us by third parties.
  • Conduct research. From time to time, we may ask you to participate in surveys we conduct that are in our legitimate interest, as they help us to understand our user base and improve the Services. If you participate, we process your registration information and any other information collected through survey questions.

3. How we use cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files of letters and numbers that we store in your browser or on your computer's hard drive. They contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive.

Our Services use Cookies to collect information about your browsing activities and distinguish you from other users of our Services. This helps your experience when you use our Services and also allows us to improve the functionality of our Services.

We use the following cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Some cookies are strictly necessary to make our Services available to you; for example, to perform your login functionality and for user authentication and security. We cannot provide the Services without these types of cookies.

  • Other users who will see your profile information and any other information you choose to share with them through the Services.
  • Suppliers and service providers that we depend on to provide the Services, for example:
    • Cloud service providers we trust for data storage, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, which are headquartered in the US;
    • Providers of customer support solutions that help us manage and respond to our customers' queries and complaints. This includes Zendesk Inc., which is headquartered in the US and hosts our customer support function; and
    • Analysis Providers. We work with a number of mobile analytics, targeting and measurement service providers to help us understand our user base. This includes Google LLC, which is based in the US.     • Third Party Service Integrations. When you connect third party Applications to the Applications, you authorize us to share information and designated data created and/or uploaded by you to our server with those third party services of your choice on your behalf.
    • Communication platform providers, who help us manage and send you newsletters regarding the Services. This includes Hubspot and MailChimp, which are headquartered in the US.
    • Payment processors such as Paypal. This payment processor is responsible for processing your Information and may use your Information for its own purposes in accordance with its privacy policies. More information is available at for Paypal.
    • Police agencies, public authorities or other judicial bodies and organizations. We disclose information if we are legally obligated to do so, or if we have a good faith belief that such use is reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, process or request; enforce our terms of service and other agreements, policies and standards, including investigating any potential violations thereof; detect, prevent or address security, fraud or technical issues; or protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users, third parties or the public, as required or permitted by law (including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purpose of protecting against fraud).
    • Change of corporate ownership. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, partnership, sale of assets or other transaction, we may disclose your Information as part of that transaction.

Although we have security measures in place to maintain the privacy and integrity of your Information, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We may also take extra steps to protect your Information and minimize the information we process. For example, when we store your Information, we use AES 256 encryption, and when we send or receive your Information, it is encrypted with TLS 1.1 or higher. In addition, we are not responsible for how third party integration services may collect, use or share the information submitted by the Applications. 5. Where we store your information

Your information will be processed by our employees and service providers in the US and Brazil. We take steps to ensure that all transfers are protected by adequate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the LGPD.

6. How long do we store your information

Your Information is kept for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes set out above. It is generally stored while you are registered and using our Services and thereafter for up to 6 years from the date you stop using the Services, or immediately following a valid deletion request (see below _ Your rights: Erase section _ ). Some collected information will be stored longer where we have a predominant legitimate interest to retain such information (for example, information about suspicious behavior of certain users of our Services and transaction records).

When deleting information, we will take steps to make the Information irretrievable or irreproducible, and electronic files containing information will be permanently deleted.

Please note that payment information and integrations are not available through our API. For example, we cannot reveal trade secrets or give out information about other individuals.

  • Deletion. You have the right to delete your Account and delete your Information and by deleting your Account, all of your Information will be removed from our production systems. Normally, only an encrypted copy of your Information will remain in our backup files for 90 days, although we reserve the right to retain some of your Information where there are valid reasons to do so under data protection laws. For example, when defending legal claims, respect freedom of expression, or when we have a legitimate overriding interest to do so.

Please note that where Information is held by a third-party data controller, such as a payment processor, we will use reasonable steps to inform them of your request, but we recommend that you contact them directly in accordance with their own policies. privacy to ensure that your personal data is erased.
