Information you provide to us. Registration Information: For example, when you create an account on the Site, you will be asked to provide your name, job title, email, phone number and password. For Izzyplan Premium customers, which are paid services, we also collect your billing address, transaction information, tax identification number, cell phone number, CNPJ (if Brazilian account) and invoice address ("Payment Information").
Information Collected Through Volunteer Activities: For example, when you communicate with us via email or participate in surveys, we ask you to provide your email address and any information you choose to provide to allow us to help you. The information we collect from you varies depending on the survey, but we typically ask questions about your interests and habits, your opinion on different products and services, and what you would like to offer in the future. We also collect your ratings, opinions, preferences, questions, photos and responses associated with this survey.
Information we automatically collect or generate about you when you use the Services:
- Identifiers, such as your IP address, device ID, and device information (such as model, brand, and operating system).

Please make sure you have permission from your co-workers or friends before sharing information regarding your co-workers or friends with us. Furthermore, for the use of Izzyplan, please ensure that you have all permissions and rights to upload the required information to Izzyplan.

Information received from third parties.
Information we receive from third-party platforms: When you register through a third-party account (such as Facebook or Google) or when you connect other applications to our Services (such as Slack and Dropbox), we receive information that may include your username, email address and profile photo.
Information from the platforms our Services rely on, such as transaction information and payment verification.
The use and transfer to any other application of information received from the Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy as well as the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement , including the limited use requirements.
Children
Our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with information that violates this Policy, please contact us as indicated below.
2. How we use your personal information
We use your information to: Provide the Services. We will use your Information to fulfill our contractual obligation to you to enable you to create an account and use the Services. The Information we process in doing so includes your registration information, information you provide to us when using the Services, identifiers, information you generate when using the Services, and information about your use of the Services, such as transaction information. If you are a user of Izzyplan Premium, we will use your Payment Information for the purposes of payment processing as well as sales tax collection and reporting as required by law.
- Improve and monitor the Services. It is in our legitimate interests to improve our Services for our customers. In doing so, we may collect information that we automatically collect or are generated about you when you use the Services, as well as non-personal information about your device, such as your device manufacturer, model and operating system, and the amount of free space on your device.
- Provide you with support and respond to your requests or complaints. If you seek support from us, we will use your Information to respond to and resolve your queries and complaints and facilitate support (for example, recovering a forgotten password). By doing so, we fulfill our contractual obligation to you. The information we process when doing so includes your registration information, your identifiers and any other information about you collected through our customer support channels.
- Perform analyses. It is in our legitimate interests to analyze usage and any other interaction or interest in our Services. In doing so, we will process information that we automatically collect or generate about you when you use the Services to create anonymized and aggregated data about your use of the application.
- Send newsletters about product news, tips and tricks, daily productivity reports that may be of interest to you. We will send you emails with daily reports, newsletters with product news, and tips and tricks for using our Services. In doing so, we process your registration information. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time by following the unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of each communication.
- Prevent fraud, defend Izzyplan against legal claims or disputes, enforce our terms and comply with our legal obligations. It is in our legitimate interests to protect our interests by monitoring use of the Services to detect fraud or any other user behavior that precedes the integrity of our Services, (2) taking steps to remedy fraud and the aforementioned behavior, (3) defending ourselves against claims or legal disputes and (4) enforcing our terms and policies. In doing so, we will process the relevant Information in such a case, including information that you provide to us, information that we automatically collect about you and information that is provided to us by third parties.
- Conduct research. From time to time, we may ask you to participate in surveys that we conduct that are in our legitimate interests as they help us understand our user base and improve the Services. If you participate, we process your registration information and any other information collected through the survey questions.

- Change of corporate ownership. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, partnership, sale of assets or other transaction, we may disclose your Information as part of that transaction.
Although we have security measures in place to maintain the privacy and integrity of your Information, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We may also take extra steps to protect your Information and minimize the information we process. For example, when we store your Information, we use AES 256 encryption, and when we send or receive your Information, it is encrypted with TLS 1.1 or higher. 5. Where we store your information
Your information will be processed by our employees and service providers in the USA and Brazil. We take steps to ensure that all transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and GDPR.
6. How long we store your information
Your Information is kept for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes set out above. It is generally stored for as long as you are registered and using our Services, and then for up to 6 years from the date you stop using the Services, or immediately following a valid deletion request (see below _ Your rights: Deletion Section _ ). Some collected information will be stored longer where we have an overriding legitimate interest to retain such information (for example, information about suspicious behavior of certain users of our Services and transaction records).
When deleting information, we will take steps to make the Information unrecoverable or irreproducible, and electronic files containing the information will be permanently deleted.

Please note that payment information and integrations are not available through our API. In case you want to obtain this information, please contact our support team by sending [email protected] . The right to access is not absolute. For example, we cannot reveal trade secrets or give out information about other individuals.
- Erasure. You have the right to delete your account and erase your Information, and when you delete your account, all of your Information will be removed from our production systems. Typically, only one encrypted copy of your Information will remain in our backup files for 90 days, although we reserve the right to retain some of your Information where there are valid reasons to do so under data protection laws. For example, to defend legal claims, respect freedom of expression, or where we have an overriding legitimate interest to do so.
Please note that where Information is held by a third-party data controller, such as a payment processor, we will use reasonable measures to inform them of your request, but we recommend that you contact them directly in accordance with their own privacy policies. privacy to ensure that your personal data is erased.
