Understand Izzyplan access profiles

Updated 05/05/2021

Izzyplan has three standard access profiles, which are assigned to Organization users. Are they:

  • Administrator
  • collaborator
  • Interested

Below, understand the difference of each of these profiles:

Administrator

The administrator has a maximum level of permissions on the Organization account. The user creating the account automatically becomes an administrator and will be able to perform all system actions, including removing the organization itself, deleting or including users, projects, dashboards, etc.

An administrator user uses 1 license to use the Organization.

collaborator

Collaborators are user added by the administrator. They are not allowed to access any functionality in the Organization and Settings menu, nor can they edit or share dashboards.

A collaborating user uses 1 license to use the Organization.

Interested

Stakeholders are, in general, customers or people who need to follow a project, but do not have permissions to participate in the projects. An interested party will only have access to view projects and project dashboards, and can only:

  1. Create tasks with the first state of the project (only those defined as type New)
  2. Edit tasks he created himself, as long as they are in the state he created
  3. Comment on tasks (if authorized in the project settings)
  4. View comments for tasks you’ve mentioned or comments you’ve made

An interested user does not use licenses for use in the Organization. In Premium accounts, access is unlimited.
