Projects completed (or not) can be archived so that they do not influence the indicators and are not shown in the Izzyplan navigation.
Archiving projects
Access the "Projects" menu and click on "Portfolio".
Click on the project settings and in the window click on "Archive"
Unfiling projects
To view the archived projects, still in "Portfolio" click on "Archive"
Open the project settings and then click "Unarchive"
Unarchived projects will return to their active state and will be considered in the indicators.
