In the main menu, click on “Flows”.
Then click on the flow you want.
The window below will be displayed.
In the top right corner, I clicked on “Filters”.
Then, a series of filter settings will appear.
Choose which filter you want by filling in the fields below.
Then click “Apply”.
The filtered Tickets will appear on the screen, according to the changes made.
If you want to clear or not save:
To clear the settings, click “Filters” again and click “Clear”.
To not save the changes made, just click “Close”.
