An Organization is made up of people, whether they are professional collaborators, managers or customers. Everyone can be part of Izzyplan. The access of administrators and employees at Izzyplan are paid and each person uses a license, but customers (stakeholders) do not use a license, they have free and unlimited access.
Access the "Organization" menu and then "Users". You will see a session of users who are already part of the organization and invitations sent, who have not yet accepted the invitation. Click "New"
Inform the "Email", "Profile" ( understand the access profiles ) and the projects that this new user will be part of in the "Projects" field. Click "Save and close" and an invitation will be sent to the new user's email.
Once the invitation is accepted, two things will happen:
- The email will be validated, guaranteeing the acceptance of the guest
- The user will be added to the organization and will have access to the released projects. Find out how to add the user to other projects by clicking here .
