The removal of the organization's account and the deletion of all users, files, tasks, projects and everything that is within Izzyplan. The removal does not take place immediately and for security reasons, after the removal request, we will delete the data after 30 days. During this period, it is possible to give up the removal, simply by having an administrator log in to the tool again.
Upon confirming the removal, the monthly fee is also canceled, so if you give up the removal, you will need to sign up again (if your old account is premium).
Access the "Organization" menu and click on "Organization Profile"
Scroll down to the "Remove account" section and click "Remove account from Organization"
A window will appear, type "remove" in the field and then click "Remove"
Ready! Your session and that of all users will be dropped and after 30 days, the account will be removed. If you have changed your mind, just one of the administrators will log in again and the cancellation will be ignored.
