Registering and managing contacts

In Izzyplan it is possible to register all the Organization's contacts. The contact can be a person or a company. The contact can be a customer, an interested party or a lead that is linked to the Organization's interests.

registering new contacts

1. Access Izzyplan and click on the "Contacts" menu and then click on the "Contacts" submenu

2. You can register People and Companies. The procedure is the same. As an example, let's register a Person. Click on the "New" button and then choose the "Person" option.

3. A registration window will open with the fields to fill. Only the "Name" and "Email" fields will be required. (Your Account Administrator may define other fields as mandatory, such as "Mobile phone" or "CPF").


4. When entering the "Contact Type" field, if the Account Administrator has defined new fields to be filled in, they will appear as soon as you select an option.

5. After filling in all the necessary fields, click on "Save and Close" and the contact will be registered.
