To change the plan of an account from Free to Premium or Premium to Free, the procedure is in the same place and is very simple. First, make sure your organization profile is "Administrator"
In the "Organization" menu, go to "Organization Profile" and click on "Change Plan"
Choose the plan you want, the type of billing (monthly or annual), the number of licenses (users) you want to purchase and the payment method.
Paying by credit card
Izzyplan allows you to pay by credit card directly through the website, just enter your card information and "Complete payment". The amount will be charged monthly or annually to your card.
Invoice reminders will be sent to the billing email registered in the organization's profile 5 days before the due date.
Paying with check
Choose the payment method "Boleto" and click "Generate boleto". A bill will be generated due the following day. After clearing the boleto, your license will be activated. Streamline the payment of the ticket using the PIX key available on it, so the compensation will be immediate.
For the next invoices, you will receive an email 5 days before the due date, but you can also issue them through Izzyplan.
Paying with Paypal
Choosing the "PayPal" payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal page and you will need to create or log into your PayPal account to make the payment.
