We really appreciate it when you send us feedback, whether it's asking for new features or letting us know about a bug in Izzyplan. That's why we created a quick feedback collection feature.
In the left menu, in the footer, click on the HELP button
In the window that will open, you will have three options:
guidelines
Write your question and a search will be carried out in our knowledge base.
report a bug
Briefly write the error and the system will search for feedback from other users. If someone has already reported the same error as you, the request will be shown and you can VOTE on the request. In this way, we will know what the priorities are.
If no one has reported the bug you found, click on "Report new bug" and fill in the details of what happened. Send a screenshot of the error screen for easy correction.
You will be notified by email once the error is corrected.
suggest improvements
Just like in the bug report, write the suggestion in a few words and the system will search for feedback from other users. If someone has already submitted the same improvement suggestion as you, the request will be shown and you can VOTE for it. In this way, we will prioritize the most voted requests.
If no one has suggested your improvement, click on "Create new suggestion" and fill in the details you need. If possible, send a document detailing the need to facilitate our understanding.You will be notified by email once the improvement is developed.
